I have been slack at this poor blog- but some fun things have gone on since I've last posted. We just got back from the beach for Bryan's sister, Rachel's white coat ceremony for Physician Assistant school. It was so great to see her and her boyfriend Michael who got Elise an awesome doll/animal called an UglyDoll- we need to get a picture of it for the full comedic effect. We stayed with bry's parents and their friend, Gail, in an extra apartment in Rachel's complex for five days. Bry's parents were a blast to be with and we had our share of laughs, food, and adventures all around Charleston. Elise's favorites included the Children's museum downtown, the beach, and the aquarium. Elise loved loved loved the water and we had to keep her from going in over her head at the beach. We spent about 3 hours each day at the beach and had to tear Elise away each time. I also enjoyed the beach because it miraculously cured my hives that covered half of my body for the past 2 weeks. My theory still remains that I was allergic to something at the dentist- but who knows. In other news... our family will be expanding! I am 12 weeks pregnant and just getting over the sick stage so life is good again. The baby is due February 20th so we have quite a while to prepare. We are so excited to have a new baby and for Elise to have a sibling. Here are some good pictures from the past week!
